Memes App for Phones vs Android TV - Which is Better?

I recently came across the Memes App content hub and I’m debating whether to use it primarily on the Memes App for phones or go for the Memes App for android tv.

Does the Memes App video streaming quality differ between devices? The Memes App latest releases seem exciting, and I’m tempted to try Memes App premium access for the extra features.
